How do I pick up my race packet (bib number, T-shirt, details)?
There will be several Race Packet Pickup days for registrants to come and retrieve their race packets. Click our menu tab for pickup days for details.
Can I pick up my race bib on race day?
NO, there is no race day packet pickup. Please arrange to pick up your bib on one of our Race Packet Pickup days. See the menu for details. If you are unable to make it, please arrange for a friend to pick up your bib for you. They will need a copy of your photo ID.
How do I pick up my race packet if I am coming in from out of town?
One of our race packet pickups will be held on the day/eve before the race. If you cannot make that pickup, please contact us to arrange an alternate plan CupcakeRunInfo@gmail.com .
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Can my registration/ticket be transferred to someone else?
YES, please send an email to CupcakeRunInfo@gmail.com explaining your situation and we will take care of things. NOTE: The deadline to transfer is September 30th, 2018.
Can I update my registration information?
NO, but if you have special circumstances and an update is required, please contact us at CupcakeRunInfo@gmail.com.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds. However, you are able to transfer your registration. The deadline to transfer is September 30th, 2018.
Is this race only for girls and women?
