Event Day Timeline
- 6:15 AM - Race day pickup and registration begins. Please note: race day registration is only available for the Arnold 5K (run only), and only while spots remain. Pump & Run registration closes on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
- 6:30 AM - Pump & Run weigh-in and lifting begins (location TBD)
- 9:00 AM - Pump & Run weigh-in and lifting close. All Pump & Run competitors must be in line for weigh-in and lifting by 9 AM. No exceptions!
- 10:15 AM - Check-in for all 5K events closes. Please note: all Arnold 5K Pump & Run competitors who are checking in after 9:00 AM will not be able to weigh in or lift
- 10:30 AM - The Arnold 5K (run only) and Arnold 5K Pump & Run start together on North High St between Spruce St and Swan St
