6:30 AM - Pump & Run weigh-in and lifting begins (location Hall D)
9:00 AM - Pump & Run weigh-in and lifting close. All Pump & Run competitors must be in line for weigh-in and lifting by 9 AM. No exceptions!
10:15 AM - Check-in for all 5K events closes. Please note: all Arnold 5K Pump & Run competitors who are checking in after 9:00 AM will not be able to weigh in or lift
10:30 AM - The Arnold 5K (run only) and Arnold 5K Pump & Run start together on North High St between Spruce St and Swan St
