Despite this, mental skills are often overlooked or omitted from an athlete’s training plan. At Five Rings, we believe that mental skills give athletes at all levels the strategies and confidence to optimize their performance and be the best versions of themselves in sport, school and beyond. We call this the Performance Mindset.
Group sessions are for athletes, coaches or parents looking to better understand “what” a Performance Mindset is or seeking to develop skills and tools to improve the Performance Mindset. Session topics can include but are not limited to; Effective Goal Setting, Leveraging the Power of or Developing the Performance Mindset, You’re Ready – Controlling the Inner Voice and Helping Your Athletes Achieve Consistent Peak Performances. Customized sessions are also available upon request.
Individual sessions are for athletes, parents and/or coaches who wish to improve their Performance Mindset or assist their athletes in developing a healthy mindset. Sessions can be used to develop strategies, address challenges or improve specific skills.
