The Ludwig Cann 10K Road Race

Race 3 (of 4) of the Legend Series

This is Race 3 of 4 races of the Legend Series. To be eligible for the series, you must have entered the series by the second race being the Ray Swan 8K on March 24 as the race series is scored on 3 races out of 4, hence you must be signed up for the series by the 2nd race out of 4.

YOU MUST BE ENTERED IN THE SERIES TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE SCORED AS PART OF THE SERIES. (Just doing each of the events does not make you eligible for the series).

Entry in the Series, is an automatic entry into all 4 races (including this race) without any further payment or sign up. Series entry closes with the 2nd Race of the Series on March 24

Prizes:

First Male & Female Adult 10K Runner Overall 

First, Second & Third 10K Runner (Male & Female): Juniors Under 20 years  Open: 20-39;  Masters: 40-49;  Seniors: 50-59;  Veterans: 60-69 Legends 70+

First, Second & Third Overall for Competitive Walkers (no distinction between sex)

Draw Prizes: All finishers eligible for draw prize
**Competitive Walkers found running will be disqualified**

Route:

Start at western entrance to Astwood Park. Head West along South Road and turn around by St. Anne's Church. Head East back to Astwood Park entering the eastern gate to the finish line.

NUMBER PICKUP is Race Morning from 7:30am

PLEASE NOTE: FOR SAFETY REASONS AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE BNNA, STROLLERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED IN THE WALK AND WE WOULD ASK THAT YOU START NEAR THE BACK TO AVOID ANY INTERFERENCE WITH OTHER PARITICPANTS.
