• Fri - Mon June 7-9: Block of Rooms reserved at The Essex Resort at a reduced rate
• Sat June 8: Community Welcome Event (Food, Drinks, Silent Auction and Registrant Packet pickup)
• Sun Jun 9: Run Walk & Roll, Emergency Services Touch A Tuck, 50/50, Non-Profit and Sponsor tents & Mascot Finish Line Dance Party
  • Parking: Please carpool if you can. There will be parking:
    • At the schools on Founders Road (including Handicap spots).  
    • Once full, overflow parking will be on:
      • Sandhill Road
      • Foster Road & Foster Parks
      • Sandhill Park (furthest away - a 15 minute walk)
  • Schedule: We ask that Spectators and Run Walk & Rollers arrive at 8:15am and plan to stay until noon.
    
    • 8:15am - 9:45am: Registration & Spectator Arrival
      • MC Wild Bill from WOKO will keep us on track and make our day extra special and fun!
      • Dance Party: Kids are invited to decorate the finish line dance party area (sidewalk chalk, balloons, etc.)
      • Emergency Services Touch-A-Truck
      • Sponsor & Non-Profit Tents
      • 50/50 - 50% to ticket holder, 25% each to a Touch-A-Truck Participant and a Non-Profit Tent/Table
    • 10am: Race Start. Addi's Engine (Essex Fire) will start the in-person race following a moment of silence.
    • 10:15-11:15: Finish Line Mascot Dance Party!
    • 11:15: Awards Ceremony & 50/50 Announcement
    • Noon: Event Teardown
