First Responder Touch-A-Truck & Non-Profit Tents
Do you serve the community? Two primary goals of our event are to raise funds for children in medical crisis and to raise awareness about organizations that help them thrive! Come join Essex Fire & other non-profits that help our community thrive!
In addition to bringing First Response apparatus or a Tent, you should:
- Have promotional items or marketing materials to raise awareness about your organization
- Bring a fun activity for spectators and participants
- Feel free to sell your wares
- Encourage other Non-Profits and First Response Departments to Sign up!
- Encourage your community and organization to form Run Walk & Roll Teams
- Help us promote the event on social media to increase:
- community attendance
- Run Walk & Roll registration
- 50/50 proceeds for a lucky Non-Profit and a lucky Emergency Services Department (could be yours! Must be present to win)
- tax-deductible donations
- Corporate Giving with Marketing Opportunities
- awareness about the Big Beautiful Life mission (bringing comfort, community and resources to children in medical crisis) and your own
We will:
- Host a 50/50 with half the pot being split between an First Response Department and a Non-Profit in attendance.We will use a passport style 50/50 to increase traffic to the Touch-A-Truck and Sponsor/Non-Profit Tents. Spectators and Registrants will have the opportunity to win additional 50/50 tickets and giveaways based on the number of stamps on their passport.
