Course Description
We are sure you will love the Big Hat Half Marathon that gives you a trot around the fine city of Clovis. You will begin your adventure in downtown Clovis at the corner of Clove Avenue and 4th Street. Along your journey you will get an eyes full of why they call "Clovis - A Way of Life". We are sure you will be hankering for a bite to eat so we will have your grub ready for you at the Finish Line located at Hughes and 4th Street (one block east of the start).
Aid Stations & Restrooms
There will be 5 aid stations and 4 restroom locations along the course.
Course Time Limit
The course opens to traffic at 10:30a.m. This allows for up to 4 hours to complete the half marathon if you take the "Early Start" option. You can sign up for the early start at Packet Pick Up and on Race Morning. This option is only intended for those who feel they would need the extra time to complete the course before 10:30a.m. Per our permit we must open the course to vehicle traffic at 10:30a.m. and can not have any runners running on the road beyond that time.
