CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry. We do not offer refunds but we know things happen so we do allow race entry transfers up to 14 days before the race. Email Timing@GoForItEvents to get information on how to complete a bib transfer. Please note that shirt sizes can not be changed.
ARE THERE TIME LIMITS ON THE RACE?
Yes, the Half Marathon will be limited to 3.5 hours. Due to road closures for the race we must have roads reopened on a specific time table to comply with our race permit.
WILL YOU HAVE AN EARLY START OPTION?
We will have an early start (6:30a.m.) for those that might need an extra 30 minutes. If you choose this option you will not be eligible for overall or age group awards. You must adhere to all traffic laws until the course officially opens at 7:00am.
AWARDS
All finishers will receive a Finisher's Medal. Awards for Top three male & female finishers and age group awards for top three in each (1st, 2nd & 3rd).
HOW CAN I REGISTER ONLINE?
Yes you can register on this website. You can also register at any Sole 2 Soul Sports location and avoid all processing fees.
WHAT ARE THE START TIMES?
The Big Hat Half Marathon begins at 7:00a.m and the early start wave will be at 6:30a.m. (read details above).
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY RACE BIB AND SHIRT?
We recommend that you pick up your race packet during Packet Pick-Up. You will receive your race bib, timing chip, tech race shirt and other race information.

CAN I PICK UP SOMEONE ELSES RACE PACKET?
Yes, but we will need a copy of your friend's ID.
CAN I PICK UP MY RACE BIB ON RACE MORNING?
Yes, there will be limited pickup available the morning of the race at the start area, between 5:45 a.m. and 6:45 a.m.
CAN I RUN WITH MY DOG?
Yes, but please have the dog on a short leash and start towards the back of the pack. Please remember, you are responsible for your dog's behavior and any clean-up needed.
WHERE ARE RESULTS POSTED?
On our website! Check the website for results. We’ll try to have them up as soon as possible.
