What is the address of the OneAmerica Tower?
The OneAmerica Tower is located at 202 N. Illinois Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

When is packet pickup?
Participants can pickup their packets on Saturday, January 17, starting at 7:30am.

Can someone else pick up my packet?
Yes, a friend or family member can pickup your packet for you if you give them permission. We do NOT require any proof of permission.

When do I get my shirt?
You'll get your shirt once you reach the finish line on the 36th floor!

Can I exchange my shirt size?
We do allow exchanges after you finish, but cannot guarantee your preferred size is available.

What time does the event start?
Your exact start time will be determined on Friday, January 16 around 10:30am and posted HERE. We start our faster competitors first, and our slowest competitors later in the morning.

Will there be Age-group awards?
Yes, we offer age-group AND division awards. See HERE.

Will there be an award ceremony?
Yes, there is a formal awards ceremony at 11:45am. Awards will be given out in the 1st floor auditorium, where the packet pickup is held. AGE-GROUP AWARDS WILL NOT BE MAILED.

Can I sign up on race day?
Yes, race day sign up will be from 7:30am - 11:15am.

Will there be a gear check?
Yes, there will be a gear check available available next to the auditorium.

Where can I park on race day?
Convenient and FREE garage parking is available just north of the OneAmerica Tower. See HERE.

May I transfer my registration to another person?
Yes, you may transfer your entry to another participant OR to next year. A $10 transfer fee will be due upon time of the new registration. If you would like to transfer your entry, e-mail Jason Springer at Jason@TuxBro.com

May I get a refund for my entry?
Unfortunately no, all registrations are final and non-refundable.
