Use the FREE garage or surface lot (red circle), located directly north of the OneAmerica Tower, between Capitol Avenue and Illinois Street. Enter from the west side (green circle) as you are heading south on Capitol Avenue.

Once parked, you can enter the OneAmerica Tower from ground level, or the 3rd floor Skybridge that connects the garage and the OneAmerica Tower.
