Cancellation policy:
This event is rain or shine. Should the need for cancellation occur, the event will be concerted to virtual. Runner swag will be mailed to the address provided at registration and a link for posting 3.1 mile times will be provided via email.
We will make every effort to host this event. Cause for cancellation could include, snow resulting in unsafe streets, Loudoun County directive, lack of registered runners to meet fiscal responsibilities.
