Good Times Packet Pickup

Monday, December 1st, 2025:

Packet Pickup sponsored by Altra Running and Good Times Running Co.

Noon to 7 PM at Good Times Running Co,

22764 Westheimer Pkwy #650, Katy, TX 77450

This is your first, and most convenient, option for picking your packet, guest passes, and pacer bibs. Packets and passes may be picked up by other people; just ensure they have the QR code, from your email registration and reminders that will be sent out, ready to show our volunteers to scan. Bib numbers will be assigned at packet pickup. If you pick up multiple bibs, please ensure you write the names on the back. You can also look up bib numbers via your RunSignup registration, once they are assigned.

Reminder that all guests (everyone not registered as a runner/pacer/volunteer) are required to purchase a guest park pass from the TROT store. Wristbands can be issued at packet pickup with proof of purchase.

Feel free to pick up some last-minute race supplies; discounts will be offered!

No TROT merchandise available at this packet pickup.

Race day volunteers do not need to attend.

Brazos Bend Packet Pickup

Friday, December 5th:

Packet Pickup (Day 2) & Merch - Noon to 7 PM at Elm Lake Pavilion (Brazos Bend State Park)

Noon to 7 PM: Personal Support Area Setup at Elm Lake. You can set up canopies, chairs, gear, etc., and leave them set up overnight, but no camping in this area. No camping-style tents are allowed (canopies only).

Bag Drop for the Sawmill Aid Station will be next to the BBQ at the Elm Lake Pavilion during packet pickup.

Saturday, December 6th:

5 AM: Parking Shuttles Begin

Packet Pickup (Race Day) & Merch - 5 AM to 5 PM (Ultra Runners Only till 7 AM) at Elm Lake Pavilion (Start/Finish)

Bag Drop for the Sawmill Aid Station will be next to the BBQ at the Elm Lake Pavilion during packet pickup.

If you have still not picked up your packet before race day, we recommend arriving at the park at least 90 minutes before your event start time to leave time for parking, shuttle, packet pickup, and pre-race preparation. If you park at the Nature Center Parking Lot, it may be faster to walk the half mile to the start area (good warmup) rather than wait for a shuttle. Shuttle will roam between Elm Lake and our parking lots at the Nature Center, 40 Acre, and Overflow (main entrance). If you start late, please check in with the timing tent first so we can record your start time and review any last-minute instructions.

Packets and passes may be picked up by other people; just ensure they have the QR code from your email registration and reminders that will be sent out, ready to show our volunteers to scan. Bib numbers will be assigned at packet pickup. If you pick up multiple bibs, please ensure you write the names on the back. You can also look up bib numbers via your RunSignup registration, once they are assigned.

The participant's bib number is the equivalent of the guest park pass.

Pacer Packet Pickup

Pacer Bibs can be collected from any of the packet pickups OR at any time, all weekend long, from the timing tent next to the start arch.

Runners can pick up pacer bibs on behalf of their pacers. As a reminder, pacers also need to be pre-registered on RunSignup. Registration will remain open throughout the weekend.

The pacer bib is the park pass equivalent for the pacer.

Guest Pass Pickup

Guest passes can be collected by the participant or the guest, with purchase confirmation, at the Elm Lake Pavilion.

Please be prepared to show your digital confirmation at the front park entrance. You can then proceed to park and shuttle to Elm Lake Pavilion, where you can pick up pre-purchased guest pass wrist bands from our packet pickup and merchandise area under the pavilion.

Please see the TROT website to purchase extra guest park passes.

The 2025 Brazos Bend 100 wristband will be issued individually for each guest pass and will be needed for attendance around Elm Lake, the course, and in/out park privileges.  All park pass fees collected by TROT are 100% direct pass-through to the park.
