VIRTUAL BAKERSFIELD MARATHON EVENTS
We are pleased to announce FIVE virtual events for 2021!
Join the running community of Bakersfield, CA, from wherever you are in the world! In addition the standard distances of 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Full Marathon, we've got a special challenge in store for our toughest competitors.
The 2021 Virtual 2x4 Challenge requires a 2 mile segment to be completed every 4 hours. You'll do this 13 times bringing you to a total of 26 miles through a 52-hour period. You can walk, you can run, you can crawl -- you just have to complete 2 miles inside each 4-hour block beginning at 4:00pm on Friday, November 12th and completed by 8pm on Sunday, November 14th.
Any of our events may be walked or run.
