We invite you to take part in the MOVE4U 5K Walk/Run Fundraiser at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, California! Your participation will help raise awareness and also funding for critical research and provide valuable information and support to the movement disorder community. 

Bring your family and friends for a day filled with excitement, food, and camaraderie! This family-friendly event is hosted by the Parkinson's and Movement Disorder Foundation (PMDF) and the National Spasmodic Torticollis Association (NSTA).
