Join us for the MOVE4U 5K Walk/Run Fundraiser at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, California! Your participation will help raise awareness and funding for critical research and provide valuable information and support to the movement disorder community. 

Bring your family and friends for a day of excitement, great food, and camaraderie! This fun family-friendly event is hosted by the Parkinson's and Movement Disorder Foundation (PMDF) and the National Spasmodic Torticollis Association (NSTA). 

Check-in starts at 9 a.m.   ***   Lunch at 11:00 a.m.
