🌊👻 Witches Wave Course — Spooky Miles & Ocean Smiles!

Get ready for some wickedly fun miles along the beautiful Bolsa Chica coastline! 🎃 Whether you're chasing a personal best, enjoying a Halloween run with friends, or just here for the ocean breeze and a shiny medal, we've got a course for you!

🏃‍♀️ 5K — One Loop of Halloween Fun!

Head out along the coast, turn around at the 1.55-mile marker, and make your way back to the finish line! Easy to follow, beautiful ocean views, and plenty of good vibes!

🏃 10K — Double the Miles, Double the Fun!

Our 10K runners complete two loops of the 5K course. That means twice the coastal scenery and twice the chances to show off that costume!

💀 Half Marathon — Three Loops of Coastal Magic!

Half marathoners head out to the 2.19-mile turnaround to complete a roughly 4.36-mile loop, repeated three times for the full 13.1-mile adventure!

You'll pass our two water stations multiple times throughout your race, so hydration and encouragement are never far away! 💦

We've got a special spot for your favorite people!

Our designated family viewing area features tents and seating, so friends and family can relax, cheer, and watch the Halloween fun unfold.

Prefer your own little cheering headquarters? Bring a camp chair, pick a safe spot along the course, and cheer your favorite runner on! 📣

We'll have TWO race photographers out capturing all those unforgettable moments — the smiles, the costumes, the determination, and those glorious finish-line celebrations!

Merge Opportunities is a Long Beach nonprofit that supports young adults ages 18 to 28 who face barriers to work. Many experience housing insecurity, are justice impacted, or are transitioning out of foster care. We provide paid training, mentorship, hands-on skill building, and direct job placement that helps young adults build confidence, purpose, and long-term career success.

Every dollar supports paid training, coaching, and job opportunities that help young adults in our community gain stability and move into real careers.

IMPORTANT: RACE TRANSFERS ARE NO LONGER OFFERED

CaliFlow Runs has discontinued race transfers. Registrations can no longer be moved directly from one event to another.

Instead, we now offer a Race Credit Program for eligible participants who notify us before their registered event begins.

Can't Make It on Race Day?

We understand that plans change! While all registrations are non-refundable, you may request a one-time race credit toward another eligible CaliFlow Runs event, provided you contact us before your registered race starts.

How Race Credits Work

• Request Before Race Day Starts: Email info@califlowruns.com before the scheduled start of your registered event. Requests received after the start time are not eligible.

• Credit Amount: Your credit is based on the registration price you actually paid, minus RunSignup processing fees.

• 30-Day Expiration: Race credits expire 30 days from the date issued.

• One-Time Use: Each race credit code is valid for one transaction only.

• Price Differences: If your new race costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, any unused credit is forfeited.

• No Combining Offers: Race credits cannot be combined with discount codes, promotions, multi-person discounts, bundles, or special offers.

• Non-Transferable: Credits are issued to the original registrant, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, shared, or transferred to another person.

• Event Exclusions: Premium, specialty, partner, or designated events may be excluded from the Race Credit Program.

• Expired Credits: Expired or unused codes will not be extended, replaced, or reissued.

Important: No Post-Race Credits

All race credit requests must be received BEFORE the scheduled start of your registered event.

Once your race has started, your registration is considered used, regardless of whether you attended, picked up your bib, or participated.

No refunds. No race transfers. No post-race credits. No exceptions.
