Ready, set, go!
Kick off Palm Springs Pride Weekend with the Palm Springs Pride 5K Run & Walk, a vibrant celebration of movement, visibility, and community. All ages and abilities are welcome from seasoned runners to joyful strollers. Hosted by Palm Springs Front Runners & Walkers, this event fuels vital support for local LGBTQ+ organizations. Every step you take helps us raise more for our beneficiaries and strengthen the community we love.
Last year's Pride 5K sold out fast—all 1,200 spots were claimed before Packet Pick Up Day, and nearly 1,200 participants filled the course with joy, color, and community spirit. This year is expected to sell out even sooner. Secure your spot now and be part of this uplifting tradition.

The Course
The Palm Springs Pride 5K Run & Walk covers 3.1 miles through the iconic Old Las Palmas and Vista Las Palmas neighborhoods known for their midcentury charm, mountain views, and rich Hollywood history.
The race begins at W. Chino Drive & Belardo Road, behind The Corridor Shops, before heading into the heart of Old Las Palmas. This fast, fully paved out-and-back course is perfect for all paces. With growing participation, we've made a slight course modification to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone.
Volunteers will be stationed along the route to guide and cheer you on.
Our course takes you past the residences where Kurt Russel and Goldie Hawn, Clark Gable and Carole Lombard, Kirk Douglas, and Liberace lived.

Help us keep Pride 5K clean and environmentally responsible:
- Use trash bins at the water station for paper cups
- Place empty water bottles in recycling bins throughout the start/finish area
- Bring a reusable bottle. Volunteers will gladly help refill it at the hydration station
Small actions from each participant make a big difference in reducing race day waste.
