0700: Registration and Health and Wellness Fair opens

0800: 5K starts
0900: Post race stretch/cool down

0930: Kids 1k - 12 & Under, this event is not timed

0945: Age group awards, Raffles and other prizes

1230: Health and Wellness Fair ends

Medals will be given to all finishers with awards for the top three 5K finishers in each age group.
