Symbol of Freedom
The flag of the United States of America is a symbol of freedom before which Americans recite the pledge of allegiance. The flag's 13 red and white stripes represent the 13 original colonies. Its 50 white stars on a blue background represent the 50 states.
The meaning behind the colors of the American flag; red for valor, white for purity, and blue for justice. On 4th of July at the Great American Race the National Anthem will be sung before the race starts.
