The captains are expereienced local legends. They are responsible for team strategy, morale & taking on the toughest leg.
Team Member Selection -How the 10 Members are Selected for Each Team
The team captain will draw the remaining 9 members of the team at random. Teams may be rebalanced depending on ability level of participants.

Parking
Street parking is $2/hour and free after 8pm. Detailed parking information is available at Parkflag.org.
Distance Estimates
The 5 legs will vary approximately from 3 to 8 miles. Since there is no set course, distances may vary depending on pathfinding ability.
General Course Area
Mars Hill/Observatory Mesa. Routes will be given out on the day of the event.
Participants are required to only use Aspen Ave to cross Downtown and must obey all street signals and traffic laws.
