Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2020, for MDA’s 2nd Annual Robert Held Memorial 5K Run/Walk. Robert, a lifelong Cheshire resident, was a true warrior, fighting the effects of muscular dystrophy for 32 years. Robert passed away on April 14, 2018. The Robert Held Memorial 5K will honor Roberts strength and courage as we continue his fight against MD. This is an exciting, family fun event open to adults and children of all ages and abilities. The beautiful 5K course starts and ends at Norton School and travels the scenic Farmington Canal Trail. There will be a free kids fun run as well as pre- and post-race refreshments. Help us honor Roberts memory and raise money for children and adults living with Muscular Dystrophy, ALS, and other neuromuscular diseases.
