Wave Start Information
Waves are sections of participants lined up at the start line, in order from fastest finish time to slowest finish time. There are 6 waves, with those who have strollers or plan to walk being encouraged to use the last two waves. Each wave will start the race in 30 second intervals to keep everyone safely spaced out along the racecourse.
You will be prompted during registration to enter your expected finish time. The participants in your wave will have a similar estimated finish time.
