How it Works
The Corporate Challenge is a participation-based competition where companies compete to see who can get the highest percentage of employees to register for the Capital City River Run.
Companies are grouped by size to keep things fair:
• Small Company: 1–50 employees
• Medium Company: 51–200 employees
• Large Company: 201+ employees
Winners in each category will be recognized following the event.
Employee Participation
Employees can register for any race distance and be counted toward your company’s participation rate.
Participation is calculated as:
(# of registered employees) ÷ (total # of employees)
Exclusive Corporate Discount
All participating companies receive a $5 registration discount for their employees
Flexible Payment Options
We know every organization is different—choose what works best for your team:
• Full Sponsorship: Company covers 100% of registration fees
• Partial Sponsorship: Company covers a portion (e.g., 50%)
• Employee-Paid: Employees register individually using the company discount
• Custom Approach: Combine options to fit your workplace culture
