Steps to Defer:

You can transfer your registration to another registrant up until 11:59PM on 8/9.

Although we love dogs, they are not allowed on the race course.
Boordy Policy:
- SERVICE DOGS are welcomed, but no other pets are allowed.
Jogging strollers are allowed on course. We just ask that you line up towards the back during the start of the race for safety purposes.
The time limit for the Charm City Run 5K at Boordy Vineyards is one hour.
Headphones or earbuds are allowed but we ask that you either use open ear headphones (like Shokz which you can purchase at Charm City Run :)). If you use other headphones, please keep volume low so you can hear all course directions from course marshals.
Yes, someone can pick up your packet for you. They will just need your Registration QR code that you can find either in your registration confirmation email or pre-race email.
If possible, please attend one of the pre race packet pickups to avoid delay on race day. If you do pick up on race day, allow extra time to do so.

All registrations are online and available up until the race starts or until the race is sold out.
Plenty of parking is available on the Boordy Vineyards grounds. You must arrive at Boordy Vineyards prior to 5:30 PM as the roads leading into the Vineyard will be closed to guarantee that all traffic is off the course prior to the start of the race.
Yes - there is no fee for parking.
There is one water station on the course. It is at approximately 1.75 miles, after the course turnaround.
There will be porta-pots to the right of the barn at Boordy Vineyards. There are not porta-pots on course.
The Charm City Run 5K at Boordy Vineyards starts at 6PM.
