I CAN'T RACE.

NQA—NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUND
The ultimate safety net. Add it at registration for $25 and get your entry fee back anytime before midnight September 18—no explanation needed. Covers base entry only (not add-ons, donations, or processing fees). Only available at time of registration; not eligible on comp entries. Once your bib is assigned and packet is picked up, NQA is done. Email events@runpacers.com if you need to redeem. -
SWITCHING DISTANCES
Changed your mind on 13.1 vs 5K? Switch through your RunSignup profile by September 7. After that, email events@runpacers.com. Moving up = pay the difference. Moving down = no refund on the gap. -
TRANSFERRING YOUR BIB
Can’t make it but know someone who can? Transfer your entry through your RSU profile by August 24. They’ll pay a $25 fee and complete registration by September 1. Whatever happens between you and them financially is your business—we just handle the $25. (If the race sells out before September 1, transfers close early.) -
DEFERRING TO 2027
Not ready to hang up the bib? Defer your race—5K, Half marathon, or District Challenge—for the same event in 2027 for $25 through your RSU profile by September 1. Add-ons don’t carry over and are not refundable. After the 2026 race, watch your inbox for a code to lock in your 2027 spot. (Deferment is only for the following year—in this case, 2027.) -
ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY & FIRE-RESCUE
Required duty shift conflicts with race day? Send verification to events@runpacers.com for a full refund. No hoops.
NO REFUNDS.
We love you, but registration fees are final once you're in—unless you're Active Duty or have an NQA ticket in your back pocket.

IF THE UNIVERSE SAYS NO.
In the unlikely event we have to call it off for safety reasons, we’ll move fast with a plan for your entry. Watch your email, the main website, and our socials. We’ll need responses from registered runners, so keep an eye out.
