PACKET PICK UP DETAILS:
A packet consists of your race bib with timing tag affixed to its back, your chosen race gift of race t-shirt or Pacers Running Retail Bucks, safety pins, and a clear plastic gear bag

COLLECTING FOR ANOTHER RUNNER

If you have not purchased the add-on Race Day PPU options and are not able to pick up your own packet, Pacers Running allows for someone else to pick up for a runner.

• Please make sure that all runners involved know their packets are being collected as duplicates cannot be issued. Please do not randomly 'help' a friend and collect their packet for them without making plans first. 

• For courtesy reasons we limit pick up to one plus five – your own packet plus five for family and friends.

• For GROUPS, the same limits apply, your own plus five for identifiable group entries of 15 or fewer runners.  For 16+ runner groups of identifiable group entries, contact events@runpacers.com prior to August 31 to make special arrangements. 

RACE DAY PACKET COLLECTION

Race day packet pick up is available for an additional fee.  There are limited spots available for race day packet pick up.  These packets can be collected race morning from 5:00 AM thru 6:45 AM in the main festival area.  This option is available for purchase up thru August 31, 2026 for $40.00 or until sold out.

IMPORTANT:  Please remember that there is NO RACE DAY new registration or packet pickup outside of the pre-paid add-on option.  Please make a plan to have this admin effort be completed in advance.
