If you are like us, you are craving for some sunshine and sandy toes.
Join us for the Beach HOPper Challenge this February and start thinking about Summers at the Delaware Beaches.
This challenge will have you starting at Bowers Beach and finishing in Fenwick Island.
As you log your miles you will see your progress with our interactive map.
So let's lace us those sneakers and go for a walk/run on the beach.

You must be logged into Run Sign Up to upload your pictures.
How does this HOPPY challenge work?
Register for the challenge.
After you register, join the private FB Group created for this. (link below)

This virtual challenge will start Monday February 1st and HOP until Sunday February 28th at midnight.
Your goal is to complete 52 miles or more during this timeframe to EARN your SWAG!
*ONLY outdoor or treadmill miles count. Bikes and Ellipticals do not count towards miles.
*These miles can be completed anywhere. They do not have to be done at the beach. Unless you want to :)
How do I post my miles?
You will log your miles by clicking this link which will take you a the Run Sign Up registration page HERE.
Click on the Submit Virtual Results Button.
Put in your name and submit your miles.
This in on the honor system.
If we catch you cheating we will come to your house and steal your running shoes :)
*ONLY outdoor or treadmill miles count. Bikes and Ellipticals do not count towards miles.
*Daily steps do not convert to miles. These are only workout miles.

Participants SWAG
WALK or RUN 52 or more miles during the month of February and EARN the SWAG below.
* SWAG includes Hoppy Runner medal, Koozies, lunch bag, flip-flops, and your choice of black or white trucker hat.
Can I have my SWAG mailed to me?
Will my SWAG be mailed to me?
If you would like your SWAG shipped to you there will be a $4.95 shipping and handling charge that you can pay at the time of check out.
SWAG will be mailed after the completion of the event on Feb 28th.
or
You can pick up your SWAG at no charge at Captain Blue Hens on Main Street after the event.
SWAG pick up dates are Wednesday Mar 3rd until Mar 17th. Please go to their FB PAGE for hours and directions.
