You may wonder......what do race companies do with all the leftover SWAG?
We put on a race and give away lots of SWAG....that's what we do!
Join us for the Inaugural Fall Clean Out 8K
(This is the sister race of the Spring Cleaning 5K)
All participants will receive a BAG 'O SWAG.
What is in the BAG 'O SWAG? That is the best part...nobody knows till you open it up.
What happens if you already have some of the items from your BAG O' SWAG?
That is the best part. Post race you can try and trade items from your BAG O' SWAG with other participants while enjoying a cold drink.
COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
As of Friday 5/21 at 8am we will be following the State of Delaware and CDC guidance which advises that fully vaccinated people can stop distancing and wearing masks in most places indoors and outdoors. Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated individuals are recommended to continue wearing a masks in public settings and around those who live outside of their household.

Sunday September 26th from 8:00am till 8:55am at Canal Little League Fields.
8K Start Time 9am.

Friends of Fusion Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides immediate assistance and support for children and first responders in the state of Delaware. They also support organizations which provide support to the same population.

Virtual 8K Information
What is a virtual 8K?
A virtual 8K is a race you can run or walk anytime and anywhere you like.
How do I post my results for the 8K?
From now until Sunday September 26th you can submit your official time.
Click the results page HERE.
Click the Submit Virtual Results button on the right side.
Provide your information.
Submit your time.
*Remember this is on the honor system.
Will my results count for age group awards?
Your virtual results do not count towards age group awards. However you can print off a finishers certificate online.
Will my SWAG be mailed to me?
If you would like your SWAG shipped to you there will be a $4.95 shipping and handling charge that you can pay at the time of check out. SWAG will be mailed after the completion of the event on September 26th.

You can pick up your SWAG at no charge at Captain Blue Hens on Main Street. SWAG pick up dates are Wednesday September 29th until October 13th. Please go to their FB PAGE for hours and directions.
