Activation Instructions
Thank you for being a valued sponsor or vendor of the DONNA 5K at TPC Sawgrass signature event. If your organization has opted to activate in person on Saturday, October 7 – we can’t wait to see you! Please find below important details:
Event Details
- Location: THE PLAYERS Championship Parking Lot 6, located inside Sawgrass Players Club [Map]
- Sponsor/Vendor Load-in: Friday, October 6, 2023, 11 A.M. - 2 P.M.
- Race Day: Saturday, October 7, 2023 | Open: 7:00 A.M. for packet pick-up | Race: 8:30 - approx 11:00 A.M.
Parking for Sponsors and Vendors
Parking is available from THE PLAYERS Championship Parking Lot 6 located inside Sawgrass Players Club off Tournament Players Club Blvd. Please allow time to enter the security gate, and look for event signage. No special pass is required. Please note: on Saturday, avoid CR-210/Palm Valley Road due to road closures in the area. Take Roscoe Blvd as an alternative route from the Nocatee area and enter from the north gate.
Map and Setup/Load-in/Strike Instructions
Please see the event map linked here or available for download below for your activation space location; this map is subject to change. Our team will be on site to confirm your location during load-in, or assign your location if currently unassigned. We strongly encourage all sponsors and vendors to load-in on Friday, October 6 between 11 A.M. and 2 P.M. The morning of the event will be extremely busy and difficult to navigate with race items. Let us know when you arrive and we can greet you. Security will be present overnight to watch items. Unless you have been working with our team on special load-in details (food, beverage, etc.) feel free to load in based on details provided here.
- Set: Friday, October 6 (by 2 P.M.) or, October 7 (by 7:00 A.M. - you will have access to event space at 6:30 A.M.). Please note, participants will arrive early for the event and packet pick-up.
- Instructions: You are provided a space to activate. Please plan to bring any materials you need (tent, table, chairs, promo items, snacks, colleague to help you, etc.). Tents must be weighted down. Security will be provided beginning October 6 at 2 P.M. through October 7 at 11 A.M.
- Strike: immediately following the event (approx. 11:00 A.M. on Sat.); please do not break down early.
