FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We provide free race day photos, including near instant finish line photos. Some albums may take a day or two to edit and publish.
We also provide you with free HD finish line video that will be published, usually within 48 hours of the race. The link for this will also show in your individual results once the video is active. Video will begin playing 5-10 seconds prior to you crossing the finish line.
How-to ensure photos attach to results:
- Wear your race bib on the front of your torso
- Don’t cover your race bib
- Bib recognition software will attach photos to your results where bib is visible
- View your results and scroll to see attached photos, and view more
Notes:
- Bibs are not always picked up by the recognition software due to many reasons, including, but not limited to: not visible, partially covered, focus, and other
- If your bib is not recognized, you will have to manually search the photo albums
- Once you find a photo, you can then tag/attach it to your bib
- Some times other runners will show in your results because of various recognized content
Tips to find photos:
- Find others in the results who finished, or crossed timing mat/s around the same time as you
- Browse their photos to find and tag yourself.
No. For liability reasons, only registered runners and official race personnel are permitted on the course. This includes the uphill stretch on Main St. to the finish line. Unregistered runners, walkers or cyclists will be asked to leave the course and may be ticketed for trespassing.
Baby joggers and strollers are permitted in the 5K only. The child or children must be registered (at no cost) and the race number (“BIB”) must be attached to the front of the jogger/stroller. Wagons (e.g. “Radio Flyers”) and carts are NOT permitted.
For your safety and the safety of runners around you, we strongly discourage the use of these devices. However, they are (reluctantly) permitted.
No pets of any kind are permitted in any of the races.
Online registration is available for all events until they sell out or Saturday, (close of the Expo) whichever comes first. There is NO race day registration. Please be aware that you must pick up your BIB at the race Expo, or pay the fee to pick it up on race morning.

*Deferments and bib transfers must be completed at least 30 days prior to the race date.
Transferring to a different event can be done online until the event fills or 14 days prior to the race, whichever occurs first. Click here for instructions. There is no fee to transfer events; however, if you transfer to an event with a higher registration fee you will automatically be charged the difference between entry fees, but if you transfer to an event with a lower registration fee you will not receive a refund for the difference.
If you are unable to participate, we recommend you transfer your BIB to another person and consider volunteering instead. Transferring of a BIB to another person can be done online until the event fills or 14 days prior to the race, whichever occurs first. Click here for instructions.
The transfer must be for the same race in which you are registered. If the person chooses to transfer the BIB to another person later, they must initiate a new transfer process. To maintain the integrity of the race results and safety for everyone, all participants must be officially registered.
Deferments are permitted until 30 days prior to the race. Note that the deferment will be for the following year’s race only (cannot defer further into the future) and the same event you have entered. You cannot defer more than once.
