Friday - DAY BEFORE THE RACE

•  12p - 8pm at the race site. 

  • Packet Pick-Up  NOT MANDATORY.  You may pick up your packet on race day.
    • You must bring your photo ID
    • No entrance fee into the park for packet pick-up
  • Bike drop off. NOT MANDATORY.  Overnight security is provided.

 

 

SATURDAY - RACE DAY

•  5am - packet pick up and transition opens  *The Athlete Guide will break this down further per distances

 

• 7am - Sprint Triathlon (Individuals and Relay Teams) & AquaBike

 

•  8:30am - Olympic Triathlon (Individuals and Relay Teams)  & AquaBike

   *Delta Double - Race the Sprint AND the Olympic Tri (all athletes must finish the Sprint that begins at 7:00am and be back to the start line for the 8:30am Olympic Tri)              

 

DIVISIONS & AWARDS:

Triathlon, Sprint & Olympic  - Top 3 Overall Male and Female; M/F 5 year age groups 
Paratriathletes - Top 3 Overall Male and Female
Delta Double - Top 3 Overall Male and Female
AquaBike, Sprint & Olympic - Top 3 Overall Male and Female
Relay Teams, Sprint & Olympic - Top 3 Overall

 

POST RACE:

Race T-shirts (only if registered 30 days out)

Finisher medals

Beer Zone supplied by Southern Tier Brewing Company (must be 21 years of age)

Post-race food.  Burgers and Hot Dogs grilled fresh. 

 

COURSE SUPPORT:

Water & Hammer Nutrition at transition and three locations on the run course. No fluids offered on bike course.

There will be NO on-site bike maintenance.  Be prepared.

Restrooms will be available at the race site provided by Delta Lake State Park.  There will be no other facilities available on bike or run courses.

 

PARKING:

Parking will be at the race site within Delta Lake State Park.  You will not be charged an entrance fee into the park for anyone arriving before 8am. 

 

 

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS:

DO NOT BRING DOGS TO THIS EVENT - PER DELTA LAKE STATE PARK.  If you bring your dog you will be disqualified.
