3. Update your shirt size and save your changes.

4. Change your race category (Athena, Clydesdale, Novice, or Highschool Competitive) and save your changes.

Make sure to save your changes to confirm your updates.

Headphones are allowed for the run portion of the race.

They are NOT allowed during the bike portion of the race and are highly discouraged for the swim.

All events will have 3 hours for participants to cross the finish line!

A mechanic will be available in the transition area before the race for any last-minute adjustments.

Once the race begins, bike SAG will be out on the course providing roaming support for any mechanical issues that may arise during your ride.

All relay team members must be body marked. Both the biker and the runner will receive and must wear a team bib.

The timing chip must be passed between team members at the designated bike rack. Relay team members will be allowed back into the transition area once the relay swim wave has started.

Only one relay team member should pick up the team’s packet and t-shirts at packet pick-up.

If this is your first triathlon, we recommend starting in the novice wave. It’s designed to give new athletes extra space and time, with a longer gap before the age group waves.

The novice wave is a great way to get comfortable with the race format, it’s intended for use only three times, so you can build confidence each time you race!

Per USAT guidelines, Clydesdale men are recommended to weigh 220 lbs and Athena women 165 lbs. Please note, we will not be weighing participants at the event.

We encourage all participants to stay after the event and pick up their award in person at the results table.

If you are unable to do so, Race Day Events will:

• Hold awards for 30 days after the last event in the WI Tri Series concludes

OR

• Awards will be available for pick-up at any of the remaining WI Tri Series events.
