The Friends of Hope Academy is a registered Bermuda Charity that supports the Dame Marjorie Bean Hope Academy (DMBHA). Dame is a Government school that serves students with severe/profound multiple disabilities. The aim/goals of our charity are to:
1. To provide support to the Dame Marjorie Bean Hope Academy in the implementation of its school improvement plan;
2. To provide support to the Dame Marjorie Bean Hope Academy in the implementation of its curriculum and extra-curricular activities;
3. To provide any other support or assistance to other individuals or organizations for purposes beneficial to the education and care of children with special needs;
4. To assist with community projects that promote awareness, education and improving the lives of children with special needs;
