Through the Lakewood Run, registrations and donations benefit Lakewood Sheriffs Station programs - the 999 Foundation and the Baker to Vegas Running Team, and Soroptimist Int’l Lakewood/Long Beach programs - Live Your Dream and Dream It Be It.

The programs focus on mental health support, training, and resources for those who serve and protect our communities. Soroptimist Int’l is dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls around the world. The Lakewood/Long Beach Club supports women and girls in our local community, working with schools such as Long Beach City College and Lakewood High. Through our programs, we provide education, mentorship, and resources that empower women to achieve their full potential.
