Runners of all ages and backgrounds eager to take on the challenge and accomplish their personal goals. This flat route will take you along city streets providing a diverse and enjoyable experience. Water stations are placed along the route and experience each decade of rock ‘n roll and you are cheered along the route.

Bring your own Ruck and weight of your choice.

The term ruck comes from “rucksack” or backpack. Rucking involves participants carry varying amounts of weight in their pack (ex. water, sandbags or other weighted items) to increase the challenge and intensity of the activity.

Participants choose your own pack and weight and join the team out on the 5k route.
