United Way Suncoast mobilizes communities to action for all. We give community members in our five-county region the "Freedom To Rise." 

We elevate early learning and education and enhance the work of our nonprofit partners. We address emerging needs such as disaster recovery, and we empower community members through financial security. We annually impact the lives of more than half-million people.​

Founded in 1924, we enter our second century of service with a decided focus on uniting the region to generate support for hard-working families that stand one unexpected expense away from dire circumstance.  We proudly serve Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto counties by investing in services and programs that help people create the lives they imagine for themselves.​

Everything we do is in partnership. We lead, convene and collaborate with corporate supporters, individual donors, nonprofit partners and valued volunteers because we know that together we're greater than any challenge. That's why we always say: United We Rise, United We Win
