What We Do and How You Can Help Combat-injured Veterans                                                            The startling facts: One of the unspoken tragedies of the recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan is what we call “the war after the war.” Our brave men and women must deal with a myriad of daunting issues when they return home, and this is after they have already sacrificed so much for our freedom.

After two, three, even four or more deployments, is it any wonder that they struggle to return to a normal life? The stark reality is that 20 U.S. veterans take their own lives every day.
