The Run for the Nurses consists of a 5K run and a Half Marathon (13.1 miles). All proceeds from the run supports the Lisa Purvis Allison Scholarship. This scholarship is important to the success of future nurses by allowing them to focus on their studies and eases the financial burden of taking their state board exams.
