Valley Drama is home to more than 150 students who discover their voices, build confidence, and find community through theatre. Whether performing on stage or working behind the scenes in stage management, audio, carpentry, electrics, paint, costumes, advertising, makeup, or props, every student has a place in our Valley Drama family.

Each year, we produce two full-length shows—this year’s fall play is Pride & Prejudice and our spring musical is Finding Neverland. In addition, our students compete in IHSSA Large Group and Individual Speech, lead a student-run mime troupe, and participate in a variety of other theatre and performance opportunities throughout the year.

Valley Drama is strengthened by our incredible Valley Drama Boosters. Throughout the year, they keep our students fueled with snacks during rehearsals and meals during performance weeks, as well as at other key events. They provide scholarships so every student can participate without financial barriers, and they help fund our drama and speech programs by supplementing production and event budgets. Their support ensures that our students can focus on what matters most: creating, collaborating, and telling powerful stories onstage and off.
