All New for 2026 — Two Ways to Support!

We’re excited to offer two meaningful ways to give back and grow the event this year:

1️⃣ Support the Shelter House Goal (Top Priority!)
We’re raising funds for a new Shelter House at Yellowwood Lake, home of our annual Tecumseh Trail Challenge. This is a long-term donation effort, so even small contributions help us get closer to the goal.

2️⃣ Support the 50K Community‑Funded Cash Purse

NOTE: DUE TO TAX LIMITATIONS ON THE PLATFORM WE ARE NOW SEEKING AN ALTERNATIVE CROW FUNDING METHOD! STAY TUNED.

We’re thrilled to introduce a community-funded cash purse for the top 3 men and top 3 women in the 50K this year!

The total prize pool is built entirely by you — the run community and will be split proportionally:

Below is an example of this would be distributed. NOTE the amount used of ($2500) is strictly an example as the funding is completely subject to donation amounts.  

EXAMPLE ONLY Total cash purse = $2,500
1st place Male & Female = 50% of total → $2,500 × 50% = $1,250
2nd place Male & Female = 30% of total → $2,500 × 30% = $750
3rd place Male & Female = 20% of total → $2,500 × 20% = $500
Now split each of these amounts evenly between male and female:

• 1st place (50% → $1,250):
  $1,250 ÷ 2 = $625 per person
• 2nd place (30% → $750):
  $750 ÷ 2 = $375 per person
• 3rd place (20% → $500):
  $500 ÷ 2 = $250 per person

DUE TO PLATFORM LIMITATIONS IN ORDER TO CONTRIBUTE TO BOTH FUNDS YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN AND DO THE 2ND CHOICE AS A SEPERATE TRANSACTION
