The race has partnered with the Marine Corps Aviation Association (MCAA) – John Glenn Squadron Foundation. A 501(c)(3) organization, the squadron recognizes excellence in Marine Corps aviation and awards scholarships to high caliber Southern Maryland Tri-County area high school seniors who plan to pursue science, technology, engineering, or math-based degrees.
Donations will be used for post-race refreshments, t-shirts, medals, timing services, and participant swag bags. Additional funds raised will support the scholarship fund. Your donation is tax deductible. Please email paxriverkidstri@gmail.com to request a receipt.
