Course Marshall

Details

Course Marshalls will be positioned along the bike and run courses to guide athletes, stop traffic, and ensure a safe event. Volunteer race briefing will take place at 6:45 am on Saturday morning.

Saturday Pre-Race Volunteers

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Please arrive no later than 6am on Saturday. Shift ends at 7:40am.
Saturday pre-race volunteers will help with:
Bike checkin, directing participants, final set up

Transition Area

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Transitions volunteers will be in transition to help all athletes. This will take place from 6:15-11am on Saturday morning. Please arrive no later than 6 am.

Swim Start

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Swim Start Volunteers will assist the timing company and lead timer with organizing the participants, getting them to their swim lanes, and starting the swim waves. Volunteer race briefing will take place at 6:45 am on Saturday morning.

Course Sweeper

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Course Sweepers need to bring their own bicycle and helmet. Course sweepers are responsible for riding the bike and run course to assist any participants. Volunteer race briefing will take place at 6:45 am on Saturday Morning.

Post-Race Food Table

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

The Post-Race Food Table volunteers help with setting up the post race refreshments and distributing them to the participants. Volunteer race briefing will take place at 6:45 am on Saturday morning.

Course Set Up (Friday)

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Course set up volunteers will distribute all the course signs throughout Wildewood Pkwy. Please arrive at 6:15 pm to Wildewood Lodge next to the Wildewood Pool and locate the Race Director.

Course Setup (Saturday)

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Course Setup race day volunteers will set up all cones around transition area. Please arrive no later than 6 am.

Cone Set-Up & Clean-Up (Saturday)

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We are in need of one pickup truck & driver to help with cone distribution Saturday Morning & cleanup Post Race. Report time is no later than 6 am Saturday.

Packet Pickup (Friday)

Details

Packet Pickup volunteers will be responsible for distributing participant packets from 6-8pm on Friday Night. Please arrive at 5:45 pm to the lodge by the Wildewood Pool.

Transition Setup (Friday)

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Transition Setup volunteers will help to set up the transition area and associated fencing from 6-8pm Friday Night.
