Goat Island Games 5K & 5 Miler

Help us reach our goal to transform Rocky Branch Park into a regional mountain bike attractions and a pedestrian friendly connection between River Front Downtown Cramerton and Historic Downtown Belmont.  This project is part of the Carolina Thread Trail Network and being completed in partnership with the Tarheel Trailblazers. It will be the first inter-municipal trail AND park in the region!

"The Rocky Branch Park Trail Enhancement Project will transform a public open space in the heart of Belmont and Cramerton into an urban trail system for mountain biking enthusiasts, runners and walkers. The vision for the progressive trail system allows for beginner to advanced trail features, fun for a diverse range of interest and skill levels. The park is located in Belmont, NC just one mile from Main Street and 12 miles west of uptown Charlotte. The Rocky Branch Park Committee, in partnership with the Tarheel Trailblazers and the City of Belmont and the Town of Cramerton seek your support in raising the funds needs to bring an enhanced, modern trail system to benefit the community."
