More than three million people visit the 200,000-acre Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area each year. Friends of Red Rock Canyon helps enhance the visitor experience, embracing conservation efforts, organizing volunteers and providing educational resources for those who visit.
For 41 years, generous community support continues to power our mission to protect and enrich Red Rock Canyon. Our organization works daily to maintain trails, pick up trash, remove graffiti, staff the information desk, survey cultural resources, maintain the tortoises and their habitat, remove invasive plants, install fences, trash containers, painting, striping parking lots and a myriad of other activities at Red Rock Canyon.
