Every year in May, the Ricky J. Parisian Memorial Scholarship Foundation presents a scholarship to an Oneonta High School graduating senior. The award follows the student through four years of college provided the student continues to meet scholarship criteria and acceptable performance in her or his educational program. We could not do this without your help!
