Race Sponsorship: Every July 4, the Hampton Township Rotary Club hosts the Annual Firecracker 5K Race/1K Walk, an anchor event in the Township of Hampton’s Community Day festivities. Because we'll do our best to advertise your help with our good work, you'll be able to deduct your sponsorship as a marketing expense. If you'd rather be anonymous, please send us a message and we'll keep your trust.
Your sponsorship of the race will make it possible for us to continue our efforts to support various local educational and charitable activities, some of which are outlined on the sponsorship form that accompanies this letter. In 2025 alone, the Rotary Club awarded $12,000 in scholarship money to graduating seniors of both Hampton High School and AW Beattie (with local partner Rotary clubs) to help further their educational opportunities. We funded a program to provide fresh butter, milk, eggs, and cheese to food pantry clients at our local NHCO.
Our $1,000 sponsors are our Diamond Level Sponsors. As a Diamond Level Sponsor, you receive a race course sponsorship sign with your company logo and a prominent listing on the runner’s T-Shirt with your company logo. You also receive four (4) complimentary registrations for use at your discretion which will be available on race day. Your company’s name and logo will be displayed on an individual poster at the pavilion located at the starting line as well as on the race course.
Our $500 sponsors are our Gold Level Sponsors. As a Gold Level Sponsor, you receive a prominent listing on the runner’s T-Shirt with your company logo. You also receive two (2) complimentary registrations for use at your discretion, which will be available on race day. Your company’s name will be displayed on a poster at the pavilion located at the starting line.
Our $250 sponsors are our Silver Level Sponsors. As a Silver Level Sponsor, your logo will be on the runner’s T-Shirt and your company’s name will be displayed on a poster at the pavilion located at the starting line.
Our $100 sponsors are our Bronze Level Sponsors. As a Bronze Level Sponsor, your company name will be on our race t-shirts and you'll be recognized on a poster at the pavilion located at the starting line.
This family-oriented fun run/walk is a “must do” for Hampton residents and families in the local area. Thank you for your consideration in helping us as a sponsor for this event.
ABOUT OUR FRESH FOOD PROGRAM (RUFF): To make a donation directly to the Fresh Food Program, scroll to the bottom, then select "Custom Amount." Anything you can spare will help and it will all benefit users of the NHCO's food pantry. Throughout the coming months, we'll be purchasing fresh milk, butter, eggs, and cheese to supplement the typical non-perishable goods provided by NHCO. We buy in bulk from Aldi's and deliver the fresh food right as the pantry opens. Please note that proceeds from the Firecracker 5K are also used for this initiative but that's not until July 4th and we need help right now.
Please note that you'll receive a confirmation email after you make your donation. All of your sponsorship should be credited to your company's marketing expense rather be counted as a tax deduction.
