The YMCA OF THE ROSES mission and focus is to improve the health and well-being of those in our community through evidence-based programs that both prevent and help manage chronic disease. 

The Autumn Dash 5k raises funds for programs that serve individuals with Parkinson's disease.  Your donation will  support participants striving to improve health and well-being.

  • Rock Steady Boxing - Non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum guides participants through intense and high-energy boxing drills, helping them strengthen the body mentally and physically.

  • Progress Cycle - Group cycle class to help participants improve cardio, strength, mobility and coordination
