The Chandiramani Family is hosting the inaugural Breathe n Run fun run/walk on August 5th, 2023 at 8:00 am as we raise awareness for Pulmonary Fibrosis and funds for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF). The race highlights the importance of breathing and the beauty of life, creating a memorable experience and reminding runners to appreciate the gift of each breath and the freedom it brings. Breath n Run promotes physical fitness and aims to educate the community about the impact of pulmonary fibrosis. This is a 5 km (3.1 miles) race, and the course is on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Our combined goal is to raise $10,000 for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, and we know that with your help, this can be accomplished.
All profits will be donated directly to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation in an effort to give back to an institution that has helped provide disease education and funded research. We are asking local businesses to support this charity fundraiser by donating to Breathe n Run. We would appreciate ANY donation your company is willing to offer.
1. We are asking for any items you are willing to donate for a raffle where we will give away prizes to a handful of lucky local participants.
2. Here are sponsorship opportunities available to get involved and give back -
● $5,000: Hanging banner with your company’s name and logo on the top of the arch at the start/finish line as a main sponsor and after party banner at the restaurant, targeted social media and email marketing opportunities, 4 complimentary race registrations, logo on all official race photography to be disseminated to race goers through social media, email, and website directly, and a large logo on the front and back of the t-shirt
● $2,500: Hanging banner with your company’s name and logo on the side flag at the start/finish line and after party banner at the restaurant, targeted social media and email marketing opportunities, 4 complimentary race registration, and a medium logo will be on the back of the race t-shirt
● $1,000: Banner on the barricade with your company’s name and logo by the start/finish line, 2 complimentary race registrations, and a small logo on the back of the race t-shirt
● $500: Small logo on the back of the race t-shirt
● We will happily accept any monetary donation that you or your company is willing to sponsor and all funds will go straight to our goal for PFF
