Fred Hutch Cancer Center unites individualized care and advanced research to provide the latest cancer treatment options while accelerating discoveries that prevent, treat and cure cancer and infectious diseases worldwide.
Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is an independent, nonprofit organization and the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. We have earned a global reputation for our track record of discoveries in cancer, infectious disease and basic research, including important advances in bone marrow transplantation, immunotherapy, HIV/AIDS prevention and COVID-19 vaccines. Fred Hutch operates eight clinical care sites that provide medical oncology, infusion, radiation, proton therapy and related services. Fred Hutch also serves as UW Medicine’s cancer program.

Offline Payment Instructions
You can mail in donations (cash or check) using our offline donation form. Please make checks payable to the Space Needle Foundation and mail them to 1050 W Ewing Street, Seattle, WA 98119; Attn: Base 2 Space. All mailed checks must be postmarked by September 20, 2026. Please include the participant’s name or team name on the check’s memo line. This will ensure your check is applied to the correct fundraising page. Please note that offline donations may take up to 5-7 business days to post to participant’s fundraiser. The EIN number for the Space Needle Foundation is 91-6013536.
If the donor requires a tax acknowledgement for a cash donation, they must deliver the cash donation in-person at the Space Needle Administrative Office, located at: 2901 3rd Avenue, Suite 600, Seattle, WA 98109. We cannot guarantee the receipt of any cash donations sent via mail. If you choose to deposit the cash donation and write the Space Needle Foundation a check from your own account, or make a donation online, the Space Needle Foundation cannot send the donor a tax acknowledgement.
