the 5K & 1 Mile starts at 9:00am

Early packet pickup will be hosted at the Hermes Sports & Events Warehouse (2425 W. 11th St Cleveland, OH 44113) from 11-1 on October 15. 

Race day packet pickup will begin at 7:30 race morning outside of Brewnuts (6501 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102) and end at 9:50am. 

If the race hasn't sold out, race day registration will be ONLINE ONLY. No cash or checks will be accepted. 

Yes, but please send them with your email confirmation or QR code to ease the check in process. Picking up for 5+ people? Shoot us an email (roadracing@hermescleveland.com), and we will have it packed and ready for you!

We love our furry friends and our youngest future runners, but unfortunately, due to the nature of the course, dogs and strollers are prohibited!

Porta-Potties will be at the registration area outside of Brewnuts. Please do not use the restrooms in the surounding businesses. 

Parking is available at several lots in the area, as well as along the surrounding streets. More information can be found HERE

This race is an officially timed event using the disposable MyLaps BibTag timing system. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event. You do not need to return your timing chip after the race.
Where can I see my results?

Results will be posted directly after the race on our website. Locate the race and click the ‘Results’ link or on the home page, go to the Race Results tab. You may need to refresh your browser to view.

The course will stay open until about an hour after the race start time. Ultimately the police decide when to close the course for everyone’s safety.

5K Awards will be given to the top 5 male and female overall and top 5 male and female masters division (65+). Awards will be announced INSIDE of Brewnuts at 9:45 am.
